At SCMT, we stand behind the quality of every watch we sell. All timepieces purchased through our store come with a 2-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered:
Our warranty covers any non-human, manufacturer-related defects, including but not limited to:

• Movement issues

• Damage to any component upon arrival

• Part failures occurring under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

• Water damage due to improper use (unless the watch is specifically rated for water resistance)

• Battery replacements (for quartz models)

• Cosmetic wear and tear after use

• Accuracy deviations within the acceptable range of mechanical movements

  Please note: Mechanical watches cannot guarantee 100% precise timekeeping. Minor deviations in daily accuracy are considered normal and do not qualify for warranty repair.
